Dejana Kravarušić Baijić was born in Belgrade, Serbia.
Since 2007 she has been working as the collaborative pianist at the String Instruments Department of the Faculty of Music. She is a piano accompanist, chamber musician and solo recitalist, active participant in students’ exam activities, concert recitals and competitions at major concert halls in Serbia. She collaborated at International master classes with: S. Sretenovic, Tobias Stosiek, Mark Kosover (cellists) and Irene Grafenauer (flute).

She played as a chamber musician performing in concerts with former and current players of Belgrade Philharmonic such as Petrović (clarinet), P. Ivanović (horn), B. Bunjac (drums), and Sretenović (cello), among others. She also performed as a soloist with Symphonic Orchestra of Radio Television of Serbia playing S. Prokoffiev’s Third Piano Concerto at Kolarac Concert Hall, with the conductor Angel Šurev.
During the season 2000-2002 she was engaged in Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra headed by Uroš Lajovic as an artistic director.

Dejana Kravarušić Baijić was employed at the Department of Strings, Faculty of Music in Kragujevac (presently Faculty of Philology and Arts) in 2000-2001. From 1996 to 2007 she worked in High Music School „ Stanković“ in Belgrade, as piano a accompanist. During her studies she also acted as a collaborative pianist at the Percussion department of the Faculty of Music.

EDUCATION
Master in Performing Arts in pianism, Faculty of Music, Belgrade, class A. Šandorov, grade ten, main subject – piano performance.
Graduated at the Piano section at Faculty of Music in class of Z. Dimitrijević Stošić.
High musical education at piano and theory sections, classes of Zlata Malepš and Vladimir Jovanović. First performance with orchestra held at age of 12, entered Faculty of Music at the age of 16.
In April 2009 had professional enhancement at the Institute of Chamber Music and Special Ensemble Joseph Haydn in Vienna, due to “One month stay” scholarship from Austrian burro for academic cooperation and exchange. Studied with: D. Baskirov, A. Nasedkin, L. Brumberg, A. Valdma. During studies won a National Foundation for Science & Arts’ Youth Scholarship. Won 10 first and second prizes at national and regional piano competitions in former Yugoslavia.
