Antonela Grgin

Independent collaborative pianist at the Wind instruments Department

Antonela Grgin (1968) graduated at the Piano Department and finished her specialist studies in Chamber music at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade.
She upgraded her pianistic skills with her most important professors Ljiljana Ponomarev, Jasmina Gavrilović, Dejan Sinadinović and Olivera Đurđević. As an accompanist and chamber musician she performed at concerts, festivals, forums, competitions in prestigious concert halls in country and also in FYR Macedonia, Croatia, Montenegro, and Hungary.

She participated in music festivals such as BELEF, NIMUS, NOMUS, “Ohridski Biseri” and also played concerts as a part of the National Concert Season project and the concerts seawon of Faculty of Music in Belgrade. She has realized numerous concerts with eminent clarinetists such as Ante Grgin, Nikola Srdić, Dragan Petrović, Milan Milošević, Vladimir Urošević, Ognjen Popović, Veljko Klenkovski, Stojan Krkuleski, and Matthias Muller. She made lasting recordings for RTS music production.

She had been engaged as the official piano accompanist of clarinetists at the 42th International Jeunesses Musicale Competition in Belgrade in 2012.
She has been working at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade since 1999 and since 2010 she has been the Senior Collaborative Pianist at the Wind Instruments Department.
She received much recognition for her artistic accomplishments.
