Darko Karajić, DMA
Associate professor of Guitar (Principles of guitar playing with the methodology of guitar teaching, Interpretation and Notation of Early Music)
Darko Karajić graduated from the Music Academy in Zagreb in the class of professor Istvan Römer.
He received his MA and PhD from the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, under the mentorship of Professor Vera Ogrizović.
He is the author of the collection of guitar transcriptions “Music of Johann Sebastian Bach”, published by the Centre for Early Music Renaissance, 2006. In 2015 American music publishing Edition Lilac issued his first solo CD “Journey”.
Darko Karajić is the initiator of the lute classes in elementary and secondary music school in Serbia.
